Public lecture 40 min
Plenary lectures 30 min (lecture 25 min, questions 5 min)
Invited lectures 25 min (lecture 20 min, questions 5 min)
Contributed lectures 15 min (lecture 12 min, questions 3 min)
Please prepare your oral presentations in the PowerPoint format. The presentations should be uploaded from the memory stick to the presentation system before the scientific session. The own notebook may be used upon request (HDMI connection).
Public and plenary lectures will be presented in Aula Major as a single session.
Invited and contributed lectures will be presented in three parallel sessions in Aula Minor, Babbage lecture hall, and Turing lecture hall, respectively.
POSTER presentations
Two poster sessions will be held on Monday (September 4 2023) & on Tuesday (September 5 2023) from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm.
All the posters will be exhibited during both poster sessions and the authors should be present at their posters for the discussion.
Poster size A0, portrait format, i.e., maximal dimensions 1189 x 841 mm.
Material for fixing posters will be provided on-site.
The posters will be available for viewing during the entire conference and should be removed no later than by Thursday (September 7 2023) lunch time.
